FIRM PROFILE

Pronske & Patel, P.C. specializes in bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring and bankruptcy related litigation.  The firm exclusively represents financially distressed companies and individuals with business related debts, debtors, trustees, lenders, asset purchasers, landlords, creditors and other parties-in-interest in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings and workouts.  Our attorneys have represented clients in a broad spectrum of industries, ranging from automobile dealers to real estate, from explosives manufacturers to oil & gas companies and from retail shopping centers to multiple location bakeries.  Our clients are similarly broad based, ranging from publicly traded corporations to individuals, from municipalities to closely-held and/or family owned businesses.

Experience When It Counts
Our attorneys bring years of experience in our field to every representation we undertake.  Many are former law clerks to federal bankruptcy judges.  Mr. Gerrit M. Pronske, one of the firm’s founding partners, is the author of Pronske’s Texas Bankruptcy – a publication circulated to thousands of lawyers statewide. The proof lies in our peer reviews – all of the firm’s partners have been honored either as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer or as a Rising Star in the Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights field.  In addition, Mr. Pronske has been selected as one of D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas in the field of Bankruptcy & Workout.

Attention to Clients’ Individual Needs
The firm is large enough to handle high profile, complex cases, yet small enough to provide personal attention to each of our clients.

Focus on Results
The firm philosophy is to handle each representation as expeditiously and economically as possible, without sacrificing quality of representation.  Pronske & Patel lawyers frequently take on cases that others may view as too difficult or risky to tackle.
